🤔 Troubleshooting

Try these solutions for common issues:

The app won't load or is crashing

  • Force close Rob the Castle completely and reopen it.
  • Restart your iPhone.
  • Make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store.
  • Free up storage space on your device if you're low on storage.

Game is running slowly

  • Close other apps running in the background.
  • Restart your iPhone.
  • Check that you have good cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Lower your iPhone's display brightness and close background apps.

Can't update the app

  • Check your internet connection is stable.
  • Make sure you have enough storage space available.
  • Go to App Store > Account > Scroll down and look for pending updates.
  • If issues persist, try deleting the app and reinstalling it from the App Store (note: this may reset your progress depending on how your data is saved).

Progress isn't saving

  • Ensure the app fully closes properly before turning off your device.
  • Check you have enough available storage on your iPhone.
  • Try force closing the app and reopening it.

Audio or sound issues

  • Check that your device is not in Silent Mode (mute switch on the side).
  • Ensure your volume is turned up in Settings > Sounds.
  • Try restarting the app.
  • Restart your device.

Not seeing in-app features or purchases

  • Make sure you're signed in to your Apple ID.
  • Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iTunes & App Store and check your Apple ID.
  • Try signing out and back in.
  • Contact support for assistance with account-related issues.
